When asked to describer her thoughts on therapy, she noted:
"Seeking help during times of difficulty is one of the more courageous acts a person can make.
As a therapist, I will work collaboratively with you to seek out explanations for areas of discomfort in your life and aspects of it you are looking to improve. Unique early experiences wire us to respond in specific patterns as we navigate through our life. As we grow and change, sometimes these learned behaviors no longer help us, and may be creating problems in relationships or other aspects of living. Through therapy, I create a safe environment to explore these patterns while developing a road map to create new pathways for improved mental well-being. During sessions, we examine thoughts and feelings, while building coping skills aimed at improving both inner well-being and outside relationships.
Whether this is your first time reaching out for therapy or connecting with a new therapist, I am available to provide support during your journey of growth and change."
